Be part of TMCO’s multi-award-winning team. From our beginnings in 2009, we’ve grown into a nationwide consultancy with over 115 staff—but we’ve kept our agile, supportive, and collaborative culture. We operate without the bureaucracy of large corporates, giving you the freedom to do your best work in a fun and flexible environment.
As a full-service, multi-discipline consultancy, TMCO leads the way in energy efficiency, Green Star, NABERSNZ, and performance-focused projects across nearly every sector.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a friendly, easy-going personality to help lead our local fire engineering team.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects, commercial, retail, government, hospitality, education, aged care, high-end residential, and industrial—across all stages from concept to completion. Your role will include design leadership, relationship building, client meetings, site visits, and mentoring.
At TMCO, we take care of our people, because when you're thriving, so is the work we deliver.
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Fire Engineer to establish and lead our local fire engineering team. Based in one of our existing offices or potentially in Dunedin or Invercargill, where we have strong project demand, this is a unique opportunity to shape and grow TMCO’s fire capability in the southern region.
