Chapman Hall (Castle) Christchurch

This castle is actually a high tech home built with efficiency at the forefront, completely self-sufficient with the ability to supply excess power to the grid.

TM Consultants was contracted to design the largely bespoke structural system in collaboration with the owner who conjured up alternative methods to achieve high performing, technologically advanced and repeatable structural ideas for Matt Blyth to test and measure.

Many of these ideas were refined and used in this castle with the resulting high performance, energy efficient and simply stunning building.
