Spark Building - Cathedral Square, Christchurch

This diamond in The Square further transforms this city into a modern, vibrant and beautiful destination.

Providing mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, lighting, communications, fire, civil and energy engineering, TMCo will engineer the 5,085 square metre building mostly occupied by Spark with the balance being retail and hospitality leases. It achieved a 5 star Green Star accreditation and will have a NABERSNZ 4.5 star energy efficiency rating.

Modelling ensured Spark achieved the highest standard of building performance and comfort that they desired.
