TMCo completed the mechanical, hydraulics, fire, energy, seismic and Green Star for this project. Formal rating of 4 stars design and as built was achieved from the NZGBC.
A winner of the 2020 Timber Awards, stunning St. Patrick’s Church replaces an old church on the same site, which was badly damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes, and provides a new place of worship for over 200 local parishioners.
St Patricks Catholic Church has a main structure of both tilt-panel and steel with Cedar as the main exterior cladding. The church was officially opened by The Most Reverend Bishop Paul Martin SM, Catholic Bishop of Christchurch on the 19th May 2019.
The client and parishioners are extremely happy with their beautiful new church situated in Lincoln
