TMCo were engaged at the 11th hour to resolve the building services and structural issues to get the store open. It was a highly coordination effort between architectural designer, contractors, owner, the Rubix PM and TMCo.

High energy, rapid decisions, and compressed consent timing required the experienced skills of our charted team in Wellington.
