Rydges Hotel Latimer, Christchurch

TMCo were responsible for the detailed design of mechanical HVAC, energy, hydraulic and gas services for this earthquake replacement hotel.

The introduction of two heat pumps to pre-heat the cold water serving mainly the showers provided an annual energy saving of $40,000.

Heat recovery and modern air conditioning systems ensures that energy is used wisely, resulting in the lowest energy per room usage across all hotels in Rydges worldwide portfolio.
