Going for a Green Star Interiors rating shows a clear commitment to sustainability and occupant comfort with a holistic review of the office fitout required across the tool categories, it is a credit to T+T and to Unispace that their office was able to achieve a 6 Star Interiors rating, this is a very exciting and a notable achievement that TMCo are proud to have played a part in. Achieving a 6 Star rating is no mean feat and requires considerable effort under all the categories not only implementing the various criteria but also collecting all the evidence required. It has been a great project to work on and we hope that T+T leading the charge with investing in such a high-quality office inspires and challenges other institutions to go for a rating for their buildings.
