FSNI Igloo Project

TMCo have been engaged as BIM Managers to ensure coordination perfection on this project. The development is a chilled and frozen distribution centre to be leased to and operated by Foodstuffs. TMCo are working for the landlord.

TMCo are also providing energy modelling, siphonic design and passive fire

The new 30,200m2+ facility provides a much-needed distribution hub and is across the stream from Foodstuffs new head office.
