This was a repeat client who used TMCo to lead, design and mange a more advanced, larger and energy efficient building following the demise of the previous premises following the Christchurch earthquakes.

Fully detailed services, civil, energy and structural engineering from the team, including EECA funded energy modelling and EECA capex grants made this project a collaborative success.
