→ TMCo provided full services documentation for this multiple apartment project aimed at the first home buyer or astute investor. This development facilitates reduced body corporate fees.

→ Through thoughtful placement of services and equipment, TMCo was able to rationalise the architecture by minimising/removing bulkheads, removing cylinders and using central water heating and combined services. The result was spaces that maximise living potential, construction value and enhanced tenant flexibility.
