Synlait Offices + Other Projects

TMCo have completed the structural, civil, fire and building services engineering for the commercial offices, research and development spaces for this project, plus a host of other projects as the development has expanded since 2011.

TMCo also were engaged by the local authority to complete the review of the main plant, processing factory and the full suite of hydraulics.

The projects were all delivered on time and in budget with TMCo re-engaged to complete the further extensions to the office add staff facilities.
