Fletchers/Winstone New GIB Factory, Tauranga

The recently completed 67,000m2 Fetcher Construction built GIB factory in Tauranga.

TMCo were engaged part-way through construction to facilitate its successful delivery. We provided two senior engineers on site nearly full time to get the left hand talking to the right and our skilled team were able to assist with the engineering solutions required to ensure this huge building was able to be constructed efficiently.

TMCo’s involvement has now seen us engaged on further FCC projects.

The main building area is equivalent to approx. 8 full rugby fields.

The new Tauranga facility is be one of the largest plasterboard facilities in Australasia.

Teamwork: TMCo were instrumental in the delivery of this project – with our exceptional ability to talk across all aspects of construction, from client to subs.
