TMCo successfully delivered this project on time and within budget, completing the mechanical (including bespoke passive ventilation systems), hydraulic, energy, electrical, lighting and fire.

TMCo are also proud to announce achieving the highest industry acknowledgement in winning the coveted “design excellence commendation” and “energy excellence” for Blackwells Holden & Mazda Showrooms completed in 2016.

Blackwell’s staff have “not needed to touch anything” for the automated, multi-mood setting, glamorous showrooms – showcasing in bright efficient lights the vehicles in and out of the showroom.

Mazda have confirmed that the lighting in this showroom is now the “new benchmark” for new showrooms globally.
